Pink for October Inspirational Card with Unity Stamp Co.

Hope, faith and a vision of a better, healthier and brighter future should never leave our minds, but there are times when it is really hard to believe there will be better days… This month is dedicated to a delicate matter that has become part of every single person in the world, as a patient, a friend, a relative, a loving one… I hope every post, every project posted online by all of us paper crafters can reach and inspire that special someone who is needing inspiration…

The promise contained in this verse has always inspired me so I thought I’d share it with everyone through this stamp set released recently by Unity Stamp Co. Blossoms & Blessings (view this and other sets HERE). It’s a promise of peace, joy and good future… A beautiful inspiring verse that I hope encourages you today.

I layered many dies on this card, all of them from Spellbinders. I was watching Marie Antoinnette’s movie while I was working so possibly something from that over the top era translated to my card’s design. This time I’m using a more intense tone of pink than what I usually work with, and I combined it with gold and beige. I finished the card with a button, pearls and rhinestones.

That’s all for now! Thanks so much for stopping by today.

  1. Ahhhhh just beautiful Gracie, and yes definitely inspired by Marie Antoinette.
I read her biography last year and she had a very sad life really though history doesn't paint her so.
Also been to Versailles and seen her bedroom there – it's all pastel aqua/ green with pinks and seem to remember rose buds.
She also had secret door in her room through which she could escape from continual general prying eyes which followed her from dawn to dusk.
So love the use of the DP underneath have that SB base die and love the layering up. Going to pin it to “My must try board”
God bless you dear sis, this verse is full of promise and hope… God is very good 🙂

Wonderful card; such elegant dies and design, and gorgeous addition of vintage bling. Thanks so much for joining LLC for our pink challenge; hope you can play again with us this month (it's a X-mas Tic-Tac-Toe board).
