You won’t want to miss this Birthday party! New stamps + Blog Hop & Giveaway

Hey there, everyone! The day is here! It’s my big birthday blog hop, and of course I had to celebrate it with you! I love that today we can share lots of inspiration projects, new stamps, a big sale, and of course a giveaway! It’s just so much better when you get to share all things happy with others!

In case you haven’t followed, we have been revealing one new stamp set a day for a week, plus a giveaway each day, all happening over at our Facebook page (here). If you’d like to have a chance to win some new sets, you can still go back to our posts there, and join!

A Heart at Peace is Everything…

Ok, so let’s move on to the inspiring crafty stuff… This week I found myself doing lots and lots of watercoloring… Loose, abstract floral watercoloring that is, without following a defined image. I can’t even begin to tell you how much it boosted my mojo and it’s just so relaxing and satisfying I should add… I ended up with a bunch of beautiful backgrounds for cards, and I then asked our followers on social media to help me complete a card with a sentiment of their choice… Today’s card is the result of this interactive challenge!

To create the background you really just need to play with very watered down colors and let your imagination take flight… Once you feel comfortable with the technique it becomes easier and easier to create these fun and whimsical floral patterns. Just remember to use more water than watercolors…

Birthday Sale

It wouldn’t be an awesome birthday party without a big sale! Be sure to get all your favorite digital sets today, because we are having a 40% OFF sale storewide, no code needed, instant download… The sale will only last a couple more days, so don’t miss it!

  7. What a talented group of people and what awesome cards they all made. I loved seeing all their cards and how talented they all are. I did prefer the Tulips and Daisies stamp set followed closely by the Camera stamp set.

  8. Happy Birthday Gracie!! Your designers did an outstanding job highlighting your stamp sets. They are exceptionally talented artists and you are definitely lucky to have find these ladies!! I think I love the Tulips and Daisies the best. I love flower sets because I enjoy watercoloring flowers. When you start coloring, it’s like you see the flower bloom!!
