Faith Journaling with Stencils & Metallic Modeling Paste by The Crafter’s Workshop

I have been wanting to try out the new luscious metallic modeling pastes. Today I’ll be showing you how beautifully these new pastes worked on a mixed media faith journaling spread.

Most of the products used to create this project were sent by The Crafter’s Workshop. Nevertheless all opinions shared on this post are my own.

Today I have a Faith Journaling page spread to share using stencils and media from The Crafter’s Workshop. This spread is possibly one of the prettiest I’ve made because of the texture and metallic modeling pastes. The stencils I used are from TCW’s newest collection and they played a big role in the making of these pages also. I have a timelapse video with the process. Click play below to watch.

I love the possibilities that Faith Journaling provides… To be able to use so many different media and stencil designs is truly freeing. I also think this much freedom may be scary sometimes, but I encourage you to go for it. Remember that mistakes can be covered with paint and texture. I think my process video shows well how you go from a very striking black paint in the center of the journal spread to a colorful transition with touches of contrast.

I hope I’ve inspired you a bit to try out these beautiful new media and also try them out on your personal Faith Journal. Thanks so much for reading. Until next time.
