A Christmas Gift to my Followers + Everyday Flower Stamps on Christmas Cards

Merry Christmas! I had to stop by to send you my good wishes and of course do a little giveaway… So instead of making you read the entire post to find out what my gift is, I will let you know right away! I was thinking that a little bundle of digital papers and stamps would be a great freebie, but then I thought a gift card to the shop would be even better! So today, for the first time ever at Graciellie Design I am giving away a $10 gift card to each of my followers! Yes, every single one! If you’re not a subscriber yet all you need to do is click on the follow button (on sidebar), enter your email and confirm your subscription! If you are already a follower then just go to my shop and add the coupon THANKYOU10 during checkout and enjoy this $10 gift card from me to you! This Christmas I am thankful for you! This is just a small way to say thank you. I wish you the happiest of Holidays! (This gift will be available until the end of the year.)

As for my card, yes, just as I mentioned on the title this time I thought I’d use one of my everyday floral stamps for a Christmas card… Why not? The flowers are from a kit called Faith & Hope and the sentiment is from Cheery Christmas, both recent additions to my collection with Unity Stamp Company. I colored the flowers with Prismacolor pencils, using the layering and burnishing technique and just focused on giving each petal a bit of highlight. The center of the flowers has foiled details that I added with Deco Foil Adhesive and Gold Sequins Deco Foil (no laminator needed). I also used some amazing 3D Foam Squares that made them look extra dimensional.

I’ve noticed that each year I tend to go for certain color combinations for my Christmas cards and this year all I wanted to use was red and black… I received some beautiful papers from Echo Park, from A Perfect Christmas Paper Pack and they went perfect with the red on the flowers. The Premium Black Onyx card base and sentiment banner finish off the card design dramatically, adding lots of contrast and elegance.

That’s it for today. I hope you enjoyed this post. Enjoy the holidays! I’ll be back before the year ends with more inspiration for you! Until then.
