Tag Gate Card for Father’s Day

Welcome to a new challenge by Our Daily Bread Designs. This week our theme is Father’s Day. If you have browsed my blog lately you’ve noticed I am sharing male cards every Tuesday. The new collection at ODBD includes amazing products for male cards and that motivated me to go back to designing more male cards… I plan to design at least one a month (hope I can keep it up).

ODBD stamps used: Good Man
ODBD dies used: Flourished Star PatternLayered Lacey Squares Dies, Sunburst Background
ODBD paper used: Vintage Ephemera Collection

To see all the projects created for ODBDSLC243 or to join the challenge click here. You have until June 21, 2015 at 8:00pm EDT to join us. By participating in the challenge, you have a chance to win a $15 ODBD Gift Certificate good towards the purchase of stamps in the “stamps column” on the ODBD website, or to be spotlighted on the ODBD Blog at our next challenge. The random prize winner will be posted on our next challenge post.

I invite you to visit my teammates and check out what they created for the challenge! I know you will be inspired!

  1. What a cool card, Gracie! Really like the color scheme. Love the interactive element as well, and the fact that it's a gift card holder. I'm always looking for neat ideas to give gift cards. Already pinned this for future reference. Thanks for the inspiration! ~ Andrea

  2. Hi Gracie! I like your tag flaps as a way to hide the gift card!!! It's an interesting design and so is the way you used the new Sunburst Background!!! It shows off the new papers well too!!!

  3. Gracie, you create such masterpieces within every style and theme! What a stunning Father's Day card. The tag gate fold is brilliant and the sentiment is such a gorgeous font. The layers are so pretty and I love the clever design of having the fold hide the sweet gift nestled inside. Inspiring as always, sweet friend! Have a blessed day. :o)
