Double Blessing

Today I wasn’t planning to make a card, but inspiration strucked when I stopped by Our Daily Bread Designs blog. They have a sketch challenge going on…

I sadly don’t own any ODBD stamps but we are allowed to participate with one card anyways. I chose a spanish sentiment from My Pink Stamper, that translated says: “When I count my blessings, I double count you”. I used Haj Design paper for these flowers, which I die cut with the Spellbinders’ sets Rose Creations, Bitty Blossoms and Carnation Creations. Also from the same company I used Gold Elements One to make the flourishes and Gold Labels Four, for the window and the frame. This time I used ribbon over lace and some crystals to finish the card. And this is what I came up with:

I really hope this card is good enough for the challenge. Let me know what you think 🙂

Until next time… Have a great weekend!

Add-on:

I consider this a fraternal love card, one that you can give to a sister on Valentine’s (hope she doesn’t find out!). And I wish to submit it to other challenges:
