Happy new year! I’m so happy you’re here. What could be better than starting off the year together as a community celebrating a brand new year of inspiration and creativity! I have a few things to share today and I hope you make yourself at home! I thought it’d be a nice idea to share 12 of my most popular projects -including tutorials- of 2017. These were all readers’ favorites. I have a few favorites myself that are not included here, that are close to my heart for one reason or another… As a designer I’ve found that my creative process is very spontaneous and every project usually expands my personal taste towards something new. This was especially true this past year, in which I felt very technique driven. I tried out so many different media and I even started Art Journaling, including Bible Journaling, something I had been flirting with for a while. It will forever be an ongoing process for me, I feel, because I truly love paper and everything that has to do with it.
Behind the scenes I’ve spent a lot of time working on images for my stamp collection, both digital and rubber with Unity Stamp Company. Yes, it was a very productive year and I am very thankful for all the opportunities I’ve been given and for all the wonderful friends I’ve met along the way!

Gracie you are a very talented lady, who designs are awesome. I wish I could design and create projects such as yours. Happy New Year! This is such a wonderful way to celebrate the New Year – Thank you!
My New Years crafty goal is to learn one new technique per month and to share this in my monthly ‘Build Your Stash’ class, where I encourage others to share their new ideas. I do this card making class for all the events in our lives. We have all created a beautiful ‘box’ where we store our ‘Stash’ cards so that they are easy to find when an event comes up. I love being surrounded by my friends and family and helping each of them to keep their passion for paper crafting alive in their hearts!
