Shadow Stenciling with Deco Foil using a new TCW Stencil + Giveaway & Challenge

I’m glad to be back with a new tutorial for The Crafter’s Workshop. I’ve been playing with lots of new stencil designs TCW sent me, trying out techniques and having fun! Today I’ll be showing you how to create a shadow stenciled background with inks and Deco Foil!
