Butterfly Gate Card

Hello! How was your Valentine’s? I hope you enjoyed it a lot! We ordered in and had a family night. That’s exactly how I wanted it to be. Now for today, I have a new card made with every little remainder piece of die cut I could find. I do hope my machine’s handle arrives as soon as possible!

So this is a gate card, with an embossed front and with many layers. Would that make it ‘clean & layered’? Anyways, here it its:

Materials
Haj Designs Paper – Gorgeous Roses
Spellbinders:
– Gold Labels Four
– Mbossabilites: Enchanted
– Butterfly Magic
– A2 Filigree Delight: Oval
– Gold Elements One
– Grand Calibur die cutting machine
We R Memory Keepers – Trés Elegant
Memento dye ink – Angel Pink
Brilliance pigment ink -Coffee Bean
Merletto Stickers
Cre-a 7/8″ ribbon
Bazic two sided tape & mounting tape
Other generic materials
Heavy weight paper in white & pink
Bond paper in hot pink & light pink
DIY pearl pins

I hand cut the butterfly from an expandable pattern die. Why not? I needed a larger butterfly and this one works perfectly with the design.

Now for the giveaway! Even better than Valentine´s treats are blog candies don’t you think! Today you have the opportunity to win one of my favorite digital paper sets from Shery K. Designs. These are great quality papers that you can print endlessly at home. Each paper measures 12 x 12 inch. You may recall that I use the vintage handwriting paper frequently.
